Entry Deadline: All applications and artwork must be received by February 1, 2010. Allow time for receipt of spindles and delivery of artwork.
Notification to Artists: Artists will be notified of awards prior to the end of exhibit.
Art drop-off: Art must be received by February 1, 2010.
Reception: Thursday, February 11th, Friday, February 12th and Saturday, February 13th - 6:00-9:00pm
All four galleries will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for a progressive event with special Valentine's Day offerings.
Art pick-up: All unsold art will either be picked up or will be returned via ups at the artists expense.
All works must be picked up in person at the displaying gallery by February 20, 2010 or shipping must be arranged for in advance. Any art that has not sold will be shipped back to the artist at the artist's expense. The cost of shipping and insuring the artwork is the responsibility of the artist.
Guidelines: All entriees must conform to exhibition guidelines.

2. There is a $48 entry fee required for submission of each pair of spindles.
3. Entry fees must be paid before submissions will be accepted.
4. No late entries will be accepted.
5. Only one submission per artist.
6. Artist's original work only.
7. All required entry materials must be included with application. Please see below.
8. Artists will be notiified of the judge's decisions.
9. Both spindles must be utilized according to the outlined description.
10. All submitted art that meets size specifications will be accepted for exhibition.
Presentation Rules:
1. Entries must stand on their own without external supports.
2. All entries must have properly completed ID labels affixed directly to the work. ID labels must be legible and include the artist name, the title of the work and the price.
3. Applications/Artwork due by February 1, 2010
4. All finished spindles must be received by February 1, 2010
Required entry materials:
1. Completed entry form submitted on line.
2.
Images must of professional quality, be submitted in JPG format, no larger than 1MB and conform to the CaFE™ STANDARD.
3.
File names should begin with your first initial and last name_title.jpg. For example: jbrown_xyz.jpg. Make sure the file names match the file names listed on entry form!
4. Submission images must be attached to the application.
5. The entry fee of $48; MAY BE PAID USING PAYPAL
